The Local Government Unit of Bacnotan conducted Water Search and Rescue (WASAR)Training in partnership with the Philippine Life Saving and MDRRMO La Trinidad.This activity was attended by 40 participants at Bluewater Resort, Baroro, Bacnotan, La Union on March 25, 2022. The training aimed to enhance the participants’ skills in basic life support, standard first aid, different water swimming techniques, water safety, rescue techniques life saving and survival techniques and mass casualty incident operations.Photo by: Edmar D.
